Kurnool Beneficiation

The Cuddapah basin where the IndiOre mining projects are located has been assessed by indiOre to contain significant amounts of low grade iron ore. There are numerous mines which sell their high grade ore domestically, however these mines have no market for the low grade ore. This is the niche that IndiOre intends to fill with the introduction of technology for beneficiation

Ultimately, the Company has a strong vision for a sustainable, strong cash flow generating iron ore business in India, building upon the initial beneficiation plant output into larger production and further value added processing.

Successful construction and commissioning of the Kurnool plant has opened up a number of additional strategic opportunities to increase cash flow from our Indian operations, either through complementary assets and/or third party ore treatment.

The Company achieved the construction, commissioning and expansion of its Phase One Kurnool iron ore dry separation, culminating in the material produced during the commissioning phase being sold ex mine gate into the domestic Indian market. Steady state ore production is targeted to be 200,000 tonnes per annum.
